Microsoft 365 Increase Notification
Effective July 1, 2026, Microsoft will be adjusting prices across its 365 product range. The changes affect Enterprise, Frontline, Business, and Standalone component suites — both with Teams and without Teams variants. A separate set of Government SKU updates is also included.
The average increase applied by Mars across our Microsoft licensing portfolio was 6.84%. However, Microsoft do not apply a uniform increase across all products. Instead, pricing is adjusted on a product-by-product basis, with different licensing types and subscription plans receiving different percentage increases. As a result, some products may have increased by more than the overall average, while others increased by less or remained relatively unchanged. The 6.84% figure represents the average across the portfolio and should not be interpreted as the increase for every individual license.
