Minimum Requirements

5–10 years IT experience

3+ years’ experience in:

Windows Server administration (2012+)
-
Virtualized environments (VMware / Hyper-V)
-
Strong knowledge of: Windows 10 & 11
-
Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Services, Administration)
-
Desktops, laptops, printers, and network copiers
-
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RDS
-
Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, Routing, Switching)
-
Hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Proxmox)
-
Redundancy & backup strategies (RAID, HA, Failover)
-
Firewall management and SAN storage
-
ITIL processes and remote monitoring tools
-
(Advantageous: Bitdefender Gravity Zone)
Preferred Qualifications

Grade 12
-
CompTIA A+ / N+
-
CCNA / CCNP
-
MCITP / MCSE (Windows Server 2012+)

Microsoft 365 Administration
-
Veeam VTSP or similar
-
Microsoft Azure or vendor certifications (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, IBM)
-
Firewall certifications (Sophos, UniFi, SonicWALL, pfSense)
Additional Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transport

Willingness to work overtime and standby when required

Clear credit and criminal record
