Sales Lead Generation Coordinator – Information Technology Sector

Salary : R12k - R15k per month CTC (Depending on experience)

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate (High School Diploma)

• 3 years’ Experience in cold calling and outbound communication

• 3 years Call centre/Tele sales or recruitment experience will be advantageous

• Experience preparing quotes and responding to RFQs

• Proficient with basic design tools like Canva

• Confident and outgoing personality – Must not be shy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Previous IT industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory

• Own reliable transport required for commuting

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

 

Job Objectives:

• Assist with internal sales and support functions

• Sales administration tasks including:

• Preparing and sending quotations

• Managing and responding to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) if needed

• Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities

• Secure qualified meetings for our Regional Managers

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive consistent revenue growth

• Create simple sales and marketing content using Canva

• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with prospects and clients

• Update CRM or internal systems with lead and sales data

Additional qualifications such as certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business can be beneficial but not strictly required. The key qualities include strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build customer relationships
